Fashion and love

They admit their love,
The heavens open above,
Crying saddening tears,
Watching the worlds worst fears.

They try to learn the news,
They're too scared to lose,
What they never wanted at first,
This has come to its worst.

True love doesn't fade away,
It stays every day,
Fighting for tomorrows right,
To awaken from the night.

Don't shake your head is disbelief,
Find yourself some quick relief,
To calm the sadness from truths too pure,
And stop yourself from asking for more.

The gardens grow in a orderly fashion,
Lacking any kind of passion,
True love lies within the wild,
Lush, true and not so mild.

Throw away your worries for tonight,
Realise this is your right,
To run so free with your passion,
And not obey to this worlds fashion.

Crumbling Heart

When your world is falling apart,
And you can't remember the start,
That's when you begin to see,
How strong you can really be.

No one can hold you back,
A whole heart is all you lack,
They crumble your heart to dust,
Leaving what's left to rust.

Green grass swallows us whole,
While we dream about our real goal,
To see the world's secrets through our eyes,
To feel so free and wise.

The hills obstruct our direct paths,
Life isn't one answer like maths.
You search and follow what is for you,
And hope that person finds you too.

At the end we find our heart is strong,
All those people were so wrong,
They failed to knock you off the path,
They failed to see the world's wrath...

Butterflies and Birds

Tears drop like rain from the sky,
We make a wish and let it fly,
Away with the butterflies and birds,
Goes each of the many words.

Hope for tomorrow to bring more,
We've seen this all happen before,
Tears spilt then emotions abused,
Old quotes continuously reused.

The only reason this has begun,
Is not because we find it fun,
But due to our wishes not being found,
Lost in a world where there is no sound.

So when the butterflies and birds fly by,
Shout your wishes to the sky,
They'll carry them up to the heaven above,
To help you understand the meaning of love.

Kittens and lions

I dreamt a dream last night,
Where the stars begin to fight,
And peace became anger and fury,
It was the beginning of this story.

We kill like it is a game,
Prance around in fame,
Like kittens and lions on the prowl,
As they bite, fight and growl.

We are just the same as the cats,
Playing with the unlucky rats,
Dodging through the trees,
Listening to the bumble bees.

The kittens play with balls of string,
The lions call out their growls and sing,
Sing for protection, love and the ground,
To help them find what has not been found.

Struggling through every day,
Finding another place to stay,
Where the world keeps us under its wings,
And we hide from unknown things.

The kittens and lions are here to play,
We should help them to stay,
To live alongside their call,
And watch mankind fall.

There should be

As the world turns everything around,
I can't help but listen to the sound,
Of birds flying above our heads,
And stars twinkling above our grass beds.
Where distant voices shout for tomorrow,
People cry out in pure sorrow,
For lives are taken when peace has gone,
There are two where there should be one.

life is fragile in anothers hands,
It won't last long on these lands,
It's not better off out at sea,
The waves will capture you and me.
So reach for my hand through the night,
There is no reason to fight,
I shall not join in fighting you,
There are three where there should be two.

And on this day I pray,
That this war shall not stay,
For peace needs to overcome,
Before love becomes numb.
So help us through this time of need,
Help us all to learn to lead,
Our own lives in which we see,
There are four where there should be three.

Redemptions rope rescues us all,
Trying to help us from mankinds fall,
Yet we seem to just cut the rope,
Before complaining that we can't cope.
Forgive us for our wrong doings,
Our world left in ruines,
The world we love is gone,
There were five when there is now none.

Stop For Just One Moment

Rain pours from the sky,
Causing us to wonder why,
Tilting our heads up to see,
If up there is really free.

We wonder when our turn will come,
To watch our very last rising sun,
Or rise above the overpowering pain,
Which is this pouring rain.

Our generation don't stop to look,
Or even take the time to read a book,
They mellow on through each day,
Almost wishing it away.

Children cry in joy for sunshine,
Thinking that it makes everything fine,
Yet what about this pouring rain,
Maybe it's keeping me saine.

No coats required on this trip,
Don't gulp your drink instead of sip,
For tomorrow is another day,
And your last day will not stay.

Shall we?

Shall we dance under the stars,
And travell as far as mars?
Searching for the unknown in the sky,
Before we really learn how to fly.

Shall we walk with two feet,
Whilst some people will never meet?
Always passing without a glance,
When they should enjoy their romance.

Shall we laugh at one another,
And our love our sister and brother?
As they help us through our time of need,
Our love grows like a planted seed.

Shall we show our tears,
When we hide from our fears?
They shall not overcome our hopes,
Just hold onto the ropes...

The wedding and the pearl

We all need a little chance to shine,
A chance to know what's truely fine,
Diamonds sparkling with all its might,
To be given to a maiden from her knight.

He will stand proud holding her so high,
She may give a tiny joyful sigh,
As her thoughts drift away,
Hoping he will forever stay.

Through the grass we look around,
Sunshine sreams to be found,
From deep within our wandering minds,
We miss the jewels we long to find.

Pearls will stay on the shore bed,
The roses will remain red,
How can one day change everything,
Especially when it's all because of a ring?

Experience is knowledge to you and me,
One day the sunshine will let us see,
Thats pearls should stay on the sea bed,
But for us, one day soon, we shall wed.

Travelling

We travel often but not far,
Watching one twinkling star,
Its shine should guide us away,
Maybe even find somewhere to stay.

We travel the roads of where we grow old,
Living our lives as we've been told,
So we are just like the first people here,
Making freedom and also fear.

Hold up this flag we own and love,
We need no war but peace and a dove,
To explain what words cannot show,
Yet nobody really can know.

How can we travel to learn,
If all we have is anger that will burn?
The stars above do shine so bright,
And we ignore them almost ever night.

Stop traveling to beauty afar,
Look into the sky and watch a star,
Beauty is everywhere if you look,
It doesn't just exist in a book.

Theres no need to travel to see it,
Everyone owns there little bit,
Beauty is within yourself every day,
And your beauty is here to stay.

Stars will fall

When the wall falls down around your feet,
It's maybe time to take a seat,
Before the world is built back up again,
It's the only way to stay sain.

When the grass begins to fade,
You will think about what you've made,
As this life hasn't fulfilled your desires,
That'll haunt through ice and fires.

So when the moon shines so bright,
You'll never want to give up the fight,
Watch the star fall down all around,
With no trace left on the ground.

Except those angels which have fell,
They have many stories to tell,
For they witnessed which we can't dream,
As we dream about sitting by the stream.

We draw and write and listen,
As others eyes begin to glisten,
Like the stars we saw fall,
And they knock down our personal wall.

Give me some hope for tomorrow,
Please stop any feeling of sorrow,
For another day is ahead,
So rest your head and go to bed...

-------------------

Perfect is something we seek,
Every day of every week.
Wanting what is not there,
This state of mind makes you unaware,
Of the messages left by fate,
Leaving you to ponder and wait.

How is it that we love to avoid,
The very things that make us overjoyed,
To live or to pass on,
In the end we will be gone.
No one lives forever anymore,
I can tell you that for sure.

Endings

Some things have to end,
That's when you have to send,
Your love through words brought to life,
You might end up as husband and wife.
If your lucky your love will grow,
Where it'll end nobody will know.

Some things have to end,
A broken heart has to mend,
Ignore the pain in your heart,
You'll shortly have a new start.
Find someone to hold your hand,
Who'll walk with you along the sand.

Some things have to end,
As long as a hand is to lend,
Children's cries slowly fade,
More little hearts are made,
Tiny hands search for another,
Falling in love with their own mother.

Some things have to end,
But not what we pretend,
A ending can be happy in it's own way,
The same as tomorrow is a new day.
So find someone to hold your hand,
And walk with them through this land.

The Wall And The Dream

'Beauty lies within us all,
Sometimes it will climb your wall,
Leaking at every seam,
Causing happiness in your dream'

She never said dreams can fade,
She never said stars hide in the shade,
But she did tell a story to me,
And finished it with 'wait and see'.

So I waited and wondered for awhile,
Travelling mile upon mile,
To find my wall falling down,
While I'm dancing in my ball gown.

My dress fell apart at the seam,
Revealing the real me like a awful dream,
For me to find my Prince seeing me,
And finally I could see.

My wall fell down and my heart found,
All so quickly and without a sound,
And this Princess found her happy dream,
She understands what her friend may mean.

Urban Fox

Dodging the paths already set,
Living this life is no regret,
I keep myself hidden from the world around,
I step quickly without a sound.

Under nightfall I emerge,
Checking every grassy verge,
For anything once lost and now found,
I step quickly without a sound.

Once I ran through fields of green,
With no worries of being seen,
Under foot was soft ground,
I once stepped quickly without a sound.

I do not belong in this urban street,
Here I lay with throbbing feet,
This floor is made for a petting hound,
So I step quickly without a sound.

No one like me lives nearby,
I can understand exactly why,
This is no longer safe ground,
So I step quickly without a sound.

Spring Awakens Love

All is quiet around our feet,
Nothing awakes as we meet,
Falling tears which kiss the ground,
Long lost love is once again found.
Our thoughts of these are unforgiving,
The world around us is still living,
Soon to awake to a loving spring,
Where all the birds shall dance and sing.

Time shall keep running past today,
Through March, April and May,
It won't stop until all love has gone,
But there will always be just one.
For love is buried within each soul,
Bringing it to the surface is our goal,
Like a tree brings rain up from the ground,
We must now make our love found.
